DOMAINE ALLEMAND

IGP Hautes Alpes - Mollard, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Muscat Petits grains, Chardonnay, Ugni Blanc

The vineyard is located between 650-750m (2133-2450 ft) in the villages of Espinasses & Remollon on the southern banks of the Durance River. The Allemands have been producing wines for 3 generations in this charming mountainous vineyard from the Alpes. Wine was traditionally produced in this area at the co-op and the Allemand family was the first producer to grow, pick, vinify and bottle in 1954. Mireille & Marc and their daughter Laetitia have been working on producing old school wine by re-introducing native grapes, and vinification process, to produce authentic wines from the region.

DOMAINE DES GRABOTTES

AOC Coteaux du Lyonnais et Vin de France - Gamay, Chardonnay et Aligoté

Jonathan works on 4 hectares located on the Côteaux du Lyonnais. From the start in 2015, the vines have been worked organically and biodynamically since 2017. The most important thing for Jonathan is: "the health of the vines to have the highest quality grapes possible, in order to harvest them manually, and thus respect the integrity of the bunch and be able to vinify them as a whole bunch; signature of the Domain. »

For the grape varieties, the grape variety is typical of the cru, with old vines of Gamay for the reds and Chardonnay and Aligoté for the whites.

In 2003, the domaine produced its first wine, followed by bottle commercialization in 2006 and organic certification in 2010. In 2015, Christine met Sébastien, a passionate winemaker from Cornas with global experience in renowned estates. Together, they brought new energy and expertise to the estate, blending tradition with international vision.
