DOMAINE DE CHEVILLARD
In the heart of the Savoie, in the hamlet of Chevillard at 350m high, Matthieu Goury produced his first vintage in 2016. Jacquère, Roussette and Mondeuse are the stars of the cellar. The Jacquère and Rousette are from Saint-Jean-de-la-Porte, Apremont or Abymes. The Mondeuse are from Les Marches, Freterive et also from the famous cru: Saint-Jean-de-la-Porte with the best plots: Les Ballottes and La Mort.

DOMAINE SAINT GERMAIN
Raphael is the poster child for craft winemaking! His domaine is based in the village of Saint Pierre d’Albigny at the foot of the Arclusaz mountain, at an altitude of 1,700 feet. It is in this mountainous landscape that Raphael cultivates and produces authentic and sometimes surprising wines using the following local grape varieties: Mondeuse Noire/Blanche or Grise, Persan, Altesse, and Malvosie…

CAVEAU QUINARD

In the heat of the Bassin Belleyssan in the Bugey region the Quinard family has been farmer for 4 generations. Marius built the farm and worked into polyculture farming (with livestock farming, and has a grain grower). His daughter, Denise, took over, and her son Maurice in 1965 orientated the farm production to the viticulture. Sébastien is now in charge since 2007 and brought a new vision to the domaine. Indeed, in 2008 the 14 ha of Chardonnay, Altesse, Gamay, Pinot Noir, Mondeuse, and Molette are converted to the organic farming, with a desire to operate more natural vilification. Today, the domaine produces delicate and authentic wines from the region.

LE PETIT PRESSOIR

Emilie and Benoît, grandchildren of Savoyard winegrowers, revived a family legacy in 2020. Though their families’ vines had been uprooted, they chose to reconnect with that heritage. Benoît was an ambulance driver before meeting Emilie in 2016 and learning winemaking together. They now cultivate 2.8 hectares across 8 plots in Motz, Ruffieux, and Chindrieux. Their vines—mainly Gamay, Mondeuse, and Jacquère—are farmed without synthetic chemicals. They prioritize biodiversity, using organic-friendly fungicides and low-impact tools like a quad.

VINCENT GATEAU

Vincent founded his estate in 2022 in Les Marches, near Apremont in Savoie. Raised in Burgundy, he dreamed of making low-alcohol wines from local grapes in mountain terroirs. Before launching his project, he gained experience in Savoie, Beaujolais, Auvergne, and Burgundy. He worked notably at Domaine Giachino and as head of cultivation at Domaine Séléné. Along the way, he developed a passion for reviving old apple varieties to craft natural ciders. Today, his estate includes 3 hectares of Jacquère and Mondeuse, new red vines, and a traditional orchard.

Francis embraces sustainable practices, working with deep respect for nature and minimal chemical input. His wines are poetic expressions of the land, inviting drinkers on a journey through Savoie’s alpine beauty.
